I seem to be making slow and steady progress. I have been pumping now for almost 2 years and have slowly improved my technique. I pump everday in the morning for an hour. I use a Vacutech thick wall cylinder and have a hand pump and electric pump (for hands free pumping). I also fix a Champ heating pad around the tube. My gains over 18 months were from 5 - 5 1/4 to 6 1/4 inches. I seemed to be stuck at 6 1/4 untill about 3 moths ago I started to hang a 2 ound scuba weight from the cylinder. A 4 to 5 in vacuum will keep the tube, heating pad and weight on with the electric pump. I have now gone from 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 in that time and still seem to gaining length. I pump until I start to get a donut ( maybe up to 90 minutes now). I notice that with the weight on the cylinder the penis skin below the head tends to get folded during pumping and this prevents the donut forming so quickly. I do not go above 5 in Hg now and find that this works best of all. I used to go up to a max of 7 in Hg but would recommend a max of 5 in Hg now. After pumping I like to rub in baby oil as tghis seems to keep the skin soft and stretchable Hope this helps
