I had this problem (darker color of the entire penis) after about 6 months of pumping. It really started to bug me so I stopped pumping. Believe it or not it took over a year for my penis to return to its older color! After about 6 months after stopping I had given up all hopes that it would return to its old color but eventually things worked out. Slowly though!
