vitamin E daily (that's dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) and I can
tell you it has no such effect. I've also researched the activity of
vitamin E in the body and it has no relation to this. There are old
wive's tales about vitamin E that came about decades ago because
researchers found that rats who are deficient get reproductive tract
problems. Somehow, that got transmuted into the wacky idea that vitamin
E is an anti-impotence super hardon great sex vitamin, and that's all
bullshit. It's amazing how people can fool themselves with this shit.
I've seen this kind of crap written about zinc, various B-vitamins, and
just about every other nutrient too. Apparently, the only reason for human
nutrition is to keep our dicks big, hard, and shooting loads of come.
Get real, assholes. Look up Placebo Effect in a medical dictionary.
