The fastest way is to heat the end of the tube with a propane tourch. Go slowly though, you can burn the plastic. It doesn't take much heat. The push the heated plastic over the outside of an aluminum funnel and slowly push the heated tube down onto the funnel. Next after you have a nice flare on the tube reheat and push the tube into the inside diameter of the funnel. The plastic will turn over on itself and you have what you need. A little sanding and a little polishing compound and your finished.
