After pumping 2 hours or so, I do not have a donut. I do get a large engorged area under the back side of my dick head. It is not "odd" looking like the donut. I tjust gives me a circumference of over 7.5 inches and stayy there for 8-10 hours. So far my buddy has not complained. Seems to like the way it fills his mouth
