Good point. I get a donut at 5hg at about 40 too and was wondering if that is bad or good. I don't seem to fill the tube as well at a lesser hg and wonder if we will still get results at that lower pressure. I always get the donut and don't mind it but if it means forskin growth, I'm not looking for that. I can stand up to about 7 hg for a time and have yet to get bruises but am wondering what the best pressure for growth really is.
