Gotta say, I've used zinc supplements for a few months now. Mine do contain copper, and I also take multi-vits and cod liver oil.
I haven't measured the amount (who would), I have noticed a change in the amount and consistency of my spunk (a lot runnier now).
Although I'm sure it can't do anything to increase sperm count or anything like that, it does appear to increase semen production.
