What you really want is a Tens machine. Sale of these is restricted by FDA in the States, but
they are freely available in the UK and Europe. Look for the CE mark to ensure you get a good one.
They shouldn't be costly (around the £100 mark) and will have been approved for safety (ref: CE mark).
As regards using them, I've tried the catheter idea, and yup it makes your knob sore when you piss. I now
attach the connector leads to two steel cockrings. A large one which fits around the cock and balls,
and a smaller one which fits around under the head of the cock. This gives very similar stimulation to the
catheter.
You've got to use plenty of water based lube between the rings and your pride and joy, or it can feel
very sharp and quite unpleasant.
I've also tried using it with just the cock-head ring and kind of a steel butt-plug. This gives really
intense prostate stimulation and will have you coming in no time flat.
I'm not sure of a site to offer up, but a web search on 'tens' or 'transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation'
should be quite fruitful.
