I think you are not getting a blister. A blister is caused
by too much vacuum, hurts like hell and lasts a few days.
You are getting what people here call a donut. Look for
postings about donuts. It seems to be a function of time and vacuum.
I like to stop pumping when the donut starts to form. I believe getting
regular donuts will help/cause foreskin growth.

I have been pumping for about 10 months now and can pump for 90
minutes at 2 - 3 in Hg without getting a donut. When I first started
I got a donut very quickly in 15-30 minutes.

Remember use low vacuums up to 5 in Hg (2 -3 is good) and remove
penis from cylinder when it starts to look sligtly purple (every 10-20 mintes)
and massage in new blood for about 30- 60 seconds and continue pumping
High vacuums can damage veins (permanently?) and cause erection problems. Take care and enjoy.
