There are several things you can do to prevent the doughnut effect. The easiest is to use some constriction on the area. About 1/2 way through your session, put on a rubber, but double it back so it just covers the head and maybe an inch more, the resistance of the rubber doubled over on that area will prevent doughnuts. I use one of those jelly sleeves that slips over your dick or vibrator, works great and is already in place for a great fucking session. Have seen posts for tape, gause, innertubes and others. The sleeves work great for me and the wife, easy to find at any adult shop.
