I have pumped for approx. 1 1/2 years, started at 5 1/2 long and 4 1/2 circ. now just under 7 X 5 3/4. I don't pump on a regular basis, but it has worked for me. There are lots of things you can do to protect yourself from bruises and other such problems, you'll find them posted below and again in the next few weeks as new pumpers get info and up to speed.
Pumping - I pump for between 20 min. in the shower to maybe an hour if there's a good movie on TV and I have the time. Usually 2 to 3 times per week, if I get busy I may miss a week or two, but I don't seem to lose the gains I've made.
