hi rorschach,
i've found that the ctc does a better job of pumping me up,
it works faster, i get much bigger than with a manual pump,
and my dick feels fresher, thanks to the pulsation - on top of that,
the jacking movement it produces feels good!
as user says, it's one drawback is being kinda noisy
