I just ordered the monstertube on-line w/ a credit card. Received an e-mail from "Master E" himself the following day saying that their inventory was wiped out already & that it will be 8-10 weeks (possibly sooner) before mine will ship. So, they DO respond via e-mail. Hope this helps you make a decision about whether or not to order.
