You haven't let enough time go by. It is typical that
pumpers underestimate the amount of time it takes for
the body to remove such fluid. The actual time required
may be 3-4 months. By the way, if you're applying enough
vaccum to do this to the testicles themselves, you're
running a serious risk of causing permanent injury.
You need a psychiatrist as much as you need a urologist.
