Shit. Just save up your Wheaties box tops and buy yourself some
breast augmentation surgery. You're just going to get puffy nipples
and skin bruises. Saline will just diffuse over your entire chest wall
because you have no breast tissue of your own to hold fluid in place.
You'll just give yourself a wicked infection. You can take hormones to
develop breasts, but don't count on having big balls--or a sex drive,
for that matter.
Better still, save up and buy yourself some psychiatric therapy.
