Just was wondering if anyone out there who uses metal rings for ball stretching has trouble with a rash developing on their sack. It comes and goes but I notice it when I leave the rings on for an extended period. Any ideas how to fix that? I like to wear them for long periods so I'd like some advice on how to stop the rash and irritation.
Also, I'm looking for alternatives to metal rings for ball stretching. I have been able to get as many as 9 on at a time. But I would like some alternative methods of stretching. And I'd like to know if there's any ball stretching buddies in the LA area?
