The EASIEST way is to go to your local hardware store.. get the vaccuum tube and spigot for the automatic spraypainters (it all comes in the same package)... take an exacto knife.. cut JUST the nozzle off of the Suntea jar.. put the remaining nozzle on inside out tighten it down.. and slide the Electric Painter spigot right into the suntea nozzle.. the spigot flares up and creates its own seal against the suntea nozzle.. connect the vaccuum tube.. suck it with your mouth.. block off the vaccuum... and you'll be swingin in no time =) .. it works BEST if you sit in a warm/hot tub .. take ALL the air out.. then you'll be suckin and spittin water.. its easier to maintain the water vaccuum than air, also if you don't yer exposed head to the open vaccuum will get a water blister.. trust me ... it hurts!
Do it for MAX 30min sessions at a moderate pressure (use yer brain) with maybe 10min. intermission between sessions.. use plenty of lotion afterward!
P.S. Turn the jar at an angle.. gettin yer head caught by the spigot vaccuum is also very painfull!!!!!
