I can't help you with the inexpensive pumps. I suggest you just save money. The better ones are worth their money. As to the curved dick, I grew up with my curving down as well. Yes, I firmly believe that most curved dicks are caused by briefs especially if worn to bed, and how someone keeps their dick in the briefs. I have noticed that dicks that curve up were put to bed their entire life pointing up, dicks curved down, pointed down in the briefs, side, etc. etc. Keep in mind that your dick is erect during much if not most of the time that you sleep and the muscles conform to the direction they are confined to. I suggest that you continue to sleep with briefs on for a couple of months or years BUT point your dick up!! I started doing this years ago and it fixed mine. After it is straight, stop wearing briefs -- at least not to bed!! Let me know.
