Yes. I stretch and pump and it does give more skin (sac) to stretch for length/size. Although I'm mainly into low hangers, pumping stretches the skin while making the sac & balls larger with fluid (remember to always moisterize a great deal - one is 'growing' new skin). Then I use weights for a little while or just tug-n-pull them alot for the length. So far I hang 6-7" unpumped in warm weather. Works for me...but everyBODY is different, and a routine that works for one person, might not work for another. Trial and error. And remember - if it hurts, STOP! One other note - after pumping your nuts 'feel' like they can take more weight; don't be fooled by this 'feeling'. Use light weight (whatever is comfortable for YOU) and remember to move the stretcher that the weights are attached to, up and down the sac. Start at the top of the sac, take a break, slide it down further towards the ballsac, take a break, and...finally down on the balls themselves for the final stretch. Learned that from a dude that have been stretching with weights only for 20 years. HAVE FUN AND USE YOUR HEAD!!!
