I am new to this forum, and have a few basic questions, so please no flames.
I need for someone to explain how to get started ball stretching,
preferably with rings. How do you determine the right size? How do you get the ring over your balls and still have it tight enough that it doesn't fall off?
I know these are basic questions, but I would really like to get some help from someone with
