Davy is right - you can wear it as long as you are comfortable wearing it-however my personal experience is to wear it for periods of time while it is uncomfortable- that is if it's comfortable it's time to get a bigger one- I wear mine for a couple of hours at a stretch- then give em a breather- then another few hours etc I now wear a 4.5" stretcher fairly comfortably- but may be time for a wider strap- also make sure it's not TOO tight- only tight enough that your nuts don't migrate back up- hope this helps- if questions- drop me a line-
