You can wear the leather stretcher for as long as you are comfortable in it. My own personal record is 23 days straight! Only removing it to shower. You'll know if you're cutting off circulation. Anyway it's doubtful you are cutting off circulation to your nads, it's your sac that would experience the depravation. What size stretcher are you using?
