I fill the jar about half full or so with water. Enough to keep the boys in the water. You can dramatically (!!!) improve the results by using the warmest water you can tolerate. (Don't Burn Yourself.) I often do this in a sitdown tub with the jar half full and partly under water. Be careful not to slip from the lubricant or break the jar.
