I took your advice about not drinking, and using a heating pad. I just finished pumping, two 30-minute sessions with a ten minute break, with a heating pad wrapped around the jar and covered with a towel. I only had one cup of coffee this morning, and didn't drink anything else. The heat felt great. I didn't remove the jar during the break. With the hose disconnected, it felt very comfortable just leaving the jar on with the heating pad on 'high'. I didn't want my balls to cool down any. When I was done, I had the biggest balls I've ever had. And with all that heat in the jar and the heavy balls, I had the lowest hangers I've ever had. Best of all, the sack didn't swell hardly at all. I wish I had time to try a third session, but that will have to wait till next time. Thanks.
