One per day works for me. I would say two at the most,
several hours apart, (6-12 hours).
I am one of the ones who wrote some of those long messages
about Male Fuel. I've been taking it for several months.
You certainly do NOT want to take six per day and NEVER take
them at bed time (not to sleep anyway). They are a stimulant.
