hi.. i also was involved with that thread of discussion.. i've been taking 2 per day.. one in the morning.. and one with dinner.... now... i really have not noticed ANYTHING DIFFERENT!!! but... it is said that you need to be taking them for a while.. may be 3 months before they can really kick in.. so.. i'm giving that a try.... 2 per day.. for 3 months... at that time... i'll re-think it..
