Too thick to be long

I want to get a bit more length on my cock but I'm simply too thick to fit in any tubes, cylinders or any other pumping device or anything. Someone suggested I should duct tape a satisfatory tube or something to a vacuum cleaner but would that work? I just want to balance out my cock a bit.
