You either think a bit too highly of yourself, or you just need to do some research prior to opening your mouth. Tubes come in diameters up to 5 inches, and you can always have one custom made bigger than that. If you can't into something the size of a medium coffee can prior to pumping, then you obviously have no need to pump.
