if you didn't, I strongly suggest you buy one.
They strongly urge that you never exceed 7" of vacuum, since you can develop bruises. --You DON"T want bruises, I know!, I had a few.
They suggest a product called Alboline, large jar about 9.00, and quite greasy, which is good.
That's about it, they also suggest you wash the entire area with rather hot water, to relax the skin so it can stretch.
I started about 3-4 months ago, to get back the length I had lost due to getting older.
Glad to say I have gone from about 6 1/2" to well over 7 1/4" and the rest of the posters are right, after the first gain, it comes SLOW!
It's a long term project, keep on working, and again, the posters are right, you get more diameter first.
