I have been trying to think back and I think I went through a "wrinkly head" stage. Obviously as you enlarge your dick it takes more blood to get a good erection and it may take a while longer for the veins etc to enlarge to enable a good hard erection to be achieved and this will show as a head that is not fully extended and looking wrinkly.
To get lenght I use a Vacutech straight wall tube with a heating pad. I have started to hang a 2 pound scuba weight from this cylinder. I can now get a good stretch at moderate vacuums of 4 to 5. I now limit my max vacuum to 5. It seems to working but I have only been trying this tecnique for about a month or so now. I also use an electric pump and this helps keep the vacuum in the tube without constant attention so that I can work on my computer etc while pumping. You might want to try this technique at a later date. I have not seen much discussion about it. Has anyone else used this method?
