I do have a gauge, I only pump up to 4in hg or 10cm of mercury. I'll try cutting down the pressure.
And to all the suckers who pay $70 for a might vac with a gauge(trigger pump), you can get one at your local harbor freight tools for $25, or get their catalog, free shipping right now. And stay away from Pumpworks, a fraudulent business.
