I have just started hanging a 2 pound ,covered, scuba weight from my Vacutech straight wall tube. I use an electric pump and can hold the weight on with a vacuum of about 4 in Hg. I have been pleased with the results. I was stalled at 6 1/4for an eternity and have now achieved 6 1/2 in about a 6-8 weeks. It also seems to help reduce do-nuts since that area of the skin is folded somewhat by the weight on the tube. Now i can get a good stretch at low vacuums. So far I am hanging the weight on a string on the release part of the vacuum tube connector.
