Some people spend major $$$ for these fancy schmancy electric pumps WITH a Red Rider pressure guage.
The best cylinders are the good ol'fashioned tubes with the squeeze ball on the end... You can vaccuum out the air until the ball colapses then suck the remaining air out through the ball with your mouth.
Want better results? Fill the tube with warm/hot water.. and follow the same process.. go slow'n steady or you might get a blowout.
Now ya got yer bloated wanker... and an extra $100 in yer pocket.
