Beginner pumpers need only pump for about 20 minutes at a low pressure and only every other day. Anything higher than low pressure and you are inviting problems. It takes the penis a long time to adjust and lots of patience. Rome wasn't buit in a day. After four months or so then one can increase to daily and 30 minutes. If your kids were asking for your whereabouts, obviously you were spending too much time pumping and were overdoing it anyway. Surely you can find that much time without your kids missing you and blaming them.
