I need a stealthy solution

I am 5 1/2" long, and 5" girth. What I really want is to be able to increase my girth. I would like to get to 6" if possible. Can anyone recommend a solution that will increase my girth, but will not require me to be secluded (i.e. the pump)? I was using the pump, but the kids were asking "Where's daddy" too much. If I could find something I could use during work, that would be great.
