You might try wearing a cockring or ctc cock cushion or even a wide rubber band to work. When you get your hourly hardon, the ring will help it get fatter and stay hard longer. Do kegel contractions to keep the blood flowing into it. But avoid a tight, narrow ring and take it off if it gets uncomfortable or you start to go numb.
