No to diminish what you are asking about, but curious as to why you want the donut to not develope.

Normally when I respond here I am speak from my perspective, but this time I will talk from both of ours.

If you happen to be like many of us out here - the formation of the donut is the best possible signal that you are developing your foreskin back - albeit a minute amount. I want to experience what uncuts have referred to and I can only imagine. She loves the feel of the ring when I pull straight of the tube and go straight into her pussy. She also likes (Me too!) to pull the skin as far up around my head as possible, the lick with her tongue tip under the skin.

The donut is also an indication that the pumping is working. From a purely logical perspective, it you are filling the tube space, then there are a couple of things that can happen. Either the tendon is going to stretch and you are going to get some additional length (if you continue to train - pump to this point) or, as is more realistic, your penis is going to continue to expand in girth and this expansion has to go somewhere - so towards the vacuum source is the logical choice.

If you really don't want it, then stop pumping when you see if developing - or better yet, get into your body enough to be able to feel it develop without looking.

For those of you that might misconstue what I wrote above - do Not force the donut too much or too long. I have an acquaintence that increased his pressure to force faster expansion and actually split the skin on his donut. The skin on a penis does not heal really fast, and his wife was one pissed woman for about 7 weeks.
