For me, when erect, the "donut" is a large vien that swells and sticks out. It looks bad, and doesn't fell that great.
When flaccid, especially about an hour after pumping when the rest of the swelling goes down, the donut area is still swelled. So I have this "normal" cock, with a weird looking donut twice the size of my penis. It looks weird and it feels weird.
I'd like to get the most consistent shape possible. The donut makes me look deformed or something.
