The vacuum is relatively constant throughout the
entire length of the tube. If you are wanting to
increase length above and beyond the "pull" exerted
by vacuum, hanging weights from the tube is a
possible approach. You do not have to "pull from
the head" as was mentioned in one of the above
posts. The suspensory ligaments will have increased
tension, and at least for some males, will stretch a
fair amount over time (years).
The amount of weight you can attach to the tube
is limited by the amount of vacuum you are willing
to apply. Warning: excessively high vacuum pressure
is the culprit behind donuts, varicose veins, and for
some, diminished capacity for a firm erection, or even
temporary impotence. This is complex, sensitive tissue
you're torqueing, here, so be patient, take your time
(because it's going to take years anyway). It's the only
dick you've got.
