Good post and good advice. I am hanging 2 pounds from my thick walled Vavutech tube. I also have a Champ heating pad around the tube. The whole lot stays on with vacuums of about 4-5 in Hg. I am getting great results with this level of vacuum - better erections etc. I now consider 5 in Hg as my max now. The weights give a great pull without any higher vacuum's.
