thanks for checking into this for me.. I just went out and bought another bottle (finished the first last week or so) but it was the MALE FUEL by twin labs..
as fo rthe excercising... this is a very good point... and well, even though i'm pretty fit... and try to eat right.. i find it difficult to 'arrange' time to excercise..
i have a child (5 year old) and wife and i work stagged so she can be with her (our daughter) before school starts and i can get her (our daughter) when school lets out (or soon there after)..
in anyevent, yes.. i'm sure some excercise would do me good... in many respects.. i do run on an occasion.. but have not in th elast few months... and when i do, it is not very far... perhaps a two miles or so... and
i do not keep at it as long as i'd like (maybe a few weeks in a row and then slack off again)..
family life is tough....
