You obviously haven't seen many GYN patients. Plenty of them make things worse by douching.

Most doctors (who know what they're talking about) would tell you
that any regular douching is too much. A healthy female doesn't require douching.

It alters the vaginal flora and can predispose to bacterial vaginitis.

Douching is not an acceptable form of contraception. Plenty of women have found this out the hard way.
