Some say that a woman should never douche, but I have yet to see any bad effects from doing it.

It dates back to about 1325, developed by Pagans to prevent pregnancy. It was called "The cold flush".

A rubber or plastic bag with a hose attached is filled with water and a shut off valve, and the end of the hose is carefully pushed up into the vaginal canal.

I suggest that you insert the hose as far as is comfortable, some 3-4 inches.

Use a pint of WARM water with an ounce of ordinary vinegar in it. Don't get careless with the vinegar, it irritates you if you use too much.

Turn on the valve and let the water flush out the vaginal passage, while sitting on the toilet.

If it seems to be irritating, follow up with a pint of plain water, again, warm.

--Been done for centuries, and no one ever found that it had bad effects.

Sperm flourish in an alkaline evironment, as the vagina usually is. Acid (vinegar) kills them off.

--Hope this helps.
