Not sure what you have been doing to your poor old willy. I have been pumping for about two years and certainly don't have a prune head. Try to avoid using too high a vacuum. I limit it to 5in of Hg (actually it's really 0.5 in Hg but reads 5 in on guage) - you do have a guage don't you? A good lubricant while pumping is also important. After a pumping session I like to apply baby lotion - it feels great and softens the skin. Another good thing to do is to use a microwaveable heating pad around the tube while pumping. It will promote a good blood flow. If you get the head fully extended with blood it won't be wrinkly.
